Our Culture, Our Community, Our Strength

At ECL, we are more than just colleagues—we are a dedicated team committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, inspired, and empowered to thrive. Through our Culture Club, we strive to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment that brings people together beyond the daily grind.

From fun team events to meaningful community initiatives, we believe that a strong workplace culture isn’t just about what we do—it’s about how we support, uplift, and celebrate each other. By encouraging teamwork, recognition, and a spirit of collaboration, we’re building a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to grow, connect, and succeed.

Because at ECL, culture isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we live every day

Go Green or Go Home: St. Patrick’s Day Dress-Up

This St. Patrick’s Day, we didn’t just dress up—we dressed up for a cause!

From shamrock-covered outfits to leprechaun hats, the ECL team went all out in the spirit of the holiday. But beyond the fun and festive green, we came together to give back to our community in a meaningful way.

As part of our celebration, we collected pet food donations for a local animal charity, ensuring that our four-legged friends also felt a little extra luck. Thanks to the generosity of our team, we were able to donate to help support pets in need.

At ECL, we believe in more than just work—we believe in community. This event was a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and made this St. Patrick’s Day one to remember!

    Culture Club Community Connection

This week, the Culture Club had the pleasure of meeting with Cindy from the Hanover Food Bank/Salvation Army—and we even had the chance to snap a quick photo together!

At ECL, we’ve been proud to organize internal initiatives like team dress-up days, dress-down days, and themed events that encourage non-perishable food or pet supply donations. These simple activities are part of our ongoing effort to give back to the local community and support one another through small acts of kindness.
